Chukwudi Odili, the Group Managing Director/ CEO), holds a B.SC (Hons) degree in Economics with bias in Econometrics & Development Economics; and an MBA in Finance, specializing in Investment Analysis and Project Evaluation and scoring double ‘A’ in his Thesis. He has had a blend of public-private sector cognate working experience spanning approximately 30 years. Mr. Odili primarily supervises projects designed and implemented directly by Dilis Investments Limited but there are times when he takes time off to work as an individual consultant in partnership with other organizations. His immediate past secondment job experience (Jan. 2014 – July 2016) was with a USAID Project; while the penultimate (2005-2011) was with the Project Management Unit of the World Bank/ Nigeria Micro-Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) Project. Prior to this, he was Head of Research and Consultancy Departments of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). Before his stint with CIBN he had been the Team Leader in charge of SME/ R&D projects at the African Development Consulting Group (ADCG) and a management staff of a number of other consulting outfits. Many prospective investors have benefited immensely from his investment advisory services and his regular analytical newspaper articles on ‘Investment Opportunities’. It is in recognition of these remarkable achievements that he was honoured with the ‘Transparent Patriotism Merit’ and ‘Distinguished Manager’ awards in 1999, by the Leadership Trust Foundation. Mr. Odili has travelled extensively on Study Tours to Ghana, Kenya, Uganda and Egypt mainly to understudy SME development practices prevalent in those other African jurisdictions. He has similarly led top-level Government delegations to the United Kingdom and USA to understudy global-best-practices in small business development and financing, and international trade/ export procedures and documentation.
Mary Odili

Engineer Mary I. Odili (Mrs.) is the General Manager/ Executive Director (Industrial Projects). She is a University graduate of Mechanical Engineering with about 18 years’ post-graduation experience, and had worked variously with the Nigerian Airways, Nigerian Navy, Siemens Nig. Ltd and Techno-Oil Limited before bringing her lots of management experience to Dilis Investments Limited. Currently the Executive Director in charge of in-house industrial projects, she doubles as the General Manager in charge of Dilis Vocational Centre, the vocational arm of the Group. With the combination of her Engineering Design & Fabrication skills, acquired from both formal and on-the-job trainings, she has been very effective in supervising the in-house Industrial demonstration projects and also instrumental in the successful implementation of the technical processes of projects undertaken by the Group for numerous clients. Under the skills acquisition initiative, Mrs. Odili has remarkably restored hope through mentoring, to a number of the young women and youth; some of whom have been assisted to establish businesses of their own after undergoing apprenticeship training. She is a professional Member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers.

Dilis Investments Limited retains a complement of Associate Consultants. Some of them are industry chieftains while others are leading experts overseeing the National Root/ Grain Crop, Livestock and Fisheries/ Aquaculture Extension Programs and the Agricultural Extension and Resource Liaison Services of the various Nigerian Universities and Agricultural development/ Research, Trade & Investment programs of donor-assisted Projects. In addition, another set of experienced professionals are retained and intermittently engaged in short-time assignments. Yet another set brings their remarkable experience in journalism to the editorial board of the Investment Compass, a magazine published by Dilis Investments Limited.
